The ADDRESS BOOK is used to record detailed information on  Repositories, Contact  within Repositories and the Resources held by Repositories.

 

The elements within the Address book are :

 

REPOSITORY	Any organisation or individual that holds information relative to research undertakings
CONTACT	Any point, or method of contact with a repository
RESOURCE	An item used  for research purposes

 

 

The information held in the Address Book may be displayed in any of  three (3) views, these being:

 

1.	Repository Details	Display all information associated with the active Repository
2.	Repositories	Displays a list of all Repositories
3.	Resources	Displays a list of all Resource held by all Repositories
